Jorgen Von Strangle is one of the main characters in the cartoon series called “The Fairly Odd Parents”. This character is voiced by Daran Norris. His wife in the series is Tooth Fairy. Jorgen is the strongest fairy in the Fairy world of “The Fairly Odd Parents”. Jorgen is responsible for imposing “Da Rules” and make sure every one in fairy world follow the rules and regulations of Da Rules book. He is the only fairy with the jet wings.
Jorgen is also a commander of all the fairies. He also guards the Fairy World prison. He likes to harass everyone around him, maybe because of his rough nature as a commander. At first he was the enemy of Timmy but later they became friend along with Cosmo and Wanda. Jorgen is not very optimistic and never smiles on happy occasions, but only laughs on someone’s misfortune. His only fear is butterfly nets.

Jorgen costume is a great choice for Halloween and also for The Fairly Odd Parents Cosplay. Jorgen usually seen wearing a similar costume through out the series. His costume includes a white-colored wig, a gold colored floating crown, a green-colored tank top, an army pants, a black belt with buckle, a cross type suspenders, a pair of black-colored bracelet, and a pair of black-colored shoes.

The golden crown on the Jorgen is the indication that he is a fairy. Do not forget to make it floating. To make it floating, take a thin metal wire and wrap it on a white colored hairband. Then just stick the tall end of the wire with this crown to make it floating.
