The Dress and Collar
The core of Cream’s outfit is an orange sleeveless shift or skater dress with a rounded white collar. If your dress doesn’t come with an attached collar, slipping a detachable faux Peter Pan collar underneath is an easy fix that sits neatly beneath the neckline.
